Where Microsoft Teams is still the better choice
Stay with Teams if people, files and meetings already use Microsoft 365 accounts, and a second chat product would split the day. BusyVault does not replace SharePoint, Planner or Teams meetings. Buy it only if the missing piece is a project channel that holds the file and the next step.

How does BusyVault encrypt messages?
BusyVault encrypts messages, voice notes, files sent in conversations, tickets, tasks, checklists, notes and scheduled messages with Aegis-128L before storage. The hosted service decrypts them to run chat, search, previews and notifications. Files opened through a public share link are not protected that way, so someone without an account can open them. Can we import a Teams workspace automatically?
